Voice Mail Instructions

|New employee or room change whose voicemail is not set up ||Step 1: Dial 6999/voicemail button (whichever you have) |
Step 2: Security code is 0000
Step 3: Follow verbal commands
** Always dial 6999/voicemail button to access messages
|Accessing voicemail from other district phones ||Step 1: Dial 6999 |
Step 2: Punch #9 and the extension you are retrieving messages from
|Checking voicemail from a non-district phone ||Step 1: Dial 830-627-6999 |
Step 2: Punch #9 and the extension you are retrieving messages from. (Refer to example above)
Step 3: Enter security code
|Security code which does not work ||Step 1: Place a work order in helpdesk.nbisd.org with all required information |
Step 2: Once reset, you will receive an email confirmation.
