No internet connection. What happened?

This could be a couple of things, but first check and make sure the blue Ethernet cord is plugged in. Next try unplugging and plugging back in (from wall and back of the computer)

If you are using WiFi make sure you are connecting to Tec21 and that your WiFi is switched ON.
You may have to switch your WiFi ON and OFF to refresh the connection.
