If you are using a MAC its good practice to quit programs that you are not using to help speed your
computer up. To quit a program do the following To quit (close) a Mac app normally, choose Quit from the app's menu in the menu bar, or press Command (⌘)-Q. If the app doesn't quit, follow these steps to force the app to quit.
  1. Choose Force Quit from the Apple () menu, or press Command-Option-Esc.
This is similar to pressing Control-Alt-Delete on a PC.
  2. Select the app in the Force Quit window, then click Force Quit.
If all else fails restart your computer, generally this is good practice and should be done daily. This should fix the problem, if not please call the help desk at (830) 643-5789 x5789 or open a ticket. :)
